What would you buy if you won $1,000,000? In this project students are given $1,000,000 to spend. They have some requirements as to what they have to buy but after that they are free to buy whatever they dream of. Students in this project are required to buy: a car, a house, and something for someone else. Students are allowed to spend as much of the $1,000,000 as possible and not go over $1,000,000. In this assignment there are a total of 12 problems. 9 of these are 2 step equations and 3 are 1 step equations. All the two step equations have multiplication and addition. Students first solve the problems on the work page. Then they match their answer up with the crossword clue. Whatever their problem matches with is where they write the problem. For example if they solve the equation 2x=44 and they will get x=22 as their answer and x=22 is 3 across. This means they write 2x=44 in the 3 acros

In this 12 question quiz students will be asked to simplify radicals into their simplest form. There are some examples of perfect squares, some of radicals by themselves and some of radicals with coefficients. This quiz is a matching quiz where students may use the answers in the answer bank once, more than once or not at all. There is also a modified version for students who need answer banks modified.

These notes will teach students to find a GCF using the ladder method. It gives them step by step instruction. Then there are 5 problems to do together as a class and 6 problems for them to do on their own.
