Setting Into Second

Use these cards as a resource for your student. Helps students with number bonds, decomposing numbers, and addition. Laminate and have students write on the card or have cards to help students with vocabulary.

Students will add the ones together then write the corresponding numbers into the two boxes. Students will then circle the tens and draw an arrow to move it over to the tens place. The students will write the remaining ones in the ones place and add the tens accordingly.

Students draw corresponding tens and ones in the boxes. Students physically circle to regroup the ones and move it over to the tens box.
