I got this idea from http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Rachael-Mazzorana when I downloaded the bracelets from her store. This is a Smart Response file that uses the Unit 4 Assessment from the Kindergarten Reading Street program. It has all the same questions and pictures from the actual assessment but allows you to test all the students with your Smart Notebook and Responders either all at once or in small groups.
