Students can use individual packets of M&Ms or M&M minis to show graphing skills. Students are to open a package and sort candies by color. With that information, they will create a tally chart, picture graph, and bar graph on their own. When the class is finished, each student can come up with problem solving questions using their data, and swap it with another student. :)
Front and back worksheet on using individual packages of Skittles to create fractions. Students will be challenged to create fractions representing the different colors, and then compare them with each other. Finally, students will be expected to place the fractions in order on a number line.
