Shea's Math

This is a 1-2 day group activity for students to work with equations in function notation and find range and domain from tables, equations, and graphs. Differentiation is provided and the project is flexible enough for adjusting group size from 2 - 4 students. Project includes 2 versions of an individual activity page similar to the group project. Keys for all computations and the activity pages are provided along with a rubric for the project.

By using the Euclidean Algorithm, students learn to find the greatest common factor by using division, not factoring. The name is scary, the process is easy! File contains student note page, small group activity, student extension, blank template for multiple use and answer key for all pages.
