This how-to-draw powerpoint can supplement a unit on Ancient Greek art or history. Teachers can use this a resource in learning how to draw a Greek style building and in showing students how to draw one. The powerpoint will show teachers and students how to take complicated subject matter and break it down into simpler steps with the use of measuring and drawing tools.
Using the one-point perspective drawing method, students can learn to draw roads or train tracks that look more realistic. In one-point perspective, roads and other objects appear smaller as they get farther away and as they get closer to the vanishing point. This handout can be used by teachers as a tool for breaking down the basic steps of perspective drawing before demonstrating to students.
