Here are some google keep headers that I use to stay organized :) Rainbow / Boho / Polka Dot Theme I have pre-made ones for you to use, then I have editable slides at the end if you want to make a few to fit your own needs! All I do is screenshot them and upload them to my google keep when I'm done editing :) Let me know if you have any questions!!
This Google Slide presentation is all about matter! It introduces students to the concept of matter and then how to classify matter! It covers pure substances (elements & compounds) and mixtures (heterogeneous - suspension & colloid and homogeneous solutions). Then it has a few separation techniques at the end. There are definitions and examples for each one! The very last slide has students create a flowchart from the white words (the vocab words) which can help them classify matter. I do
Here is a google slide to introduce the concept of density. It includes learning objectives, the equation, and practice problems. It is all editable, so you can edit it to work best for your class! See preview to see example of some of the slides.
Hi Guys! This editable google slide covers both physical & chemical properties with definitions and examples! It starts with a short bell-ringer to get the students engaged! It also covers the difference between intensive and extensive properties. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me :)
Here is a weekly & daily planner for google slides. Everything is editable, so feel free to adjust font, backgrounds, words, whatever! This is not a "theme" template though so in order to add the next week you will need to duplicate the slide! I wanted something in-class & virtual for students to stay organized. I created this for my High School Chemistry & ICP class, but it can be used for any grade! Great for digital learning! If you have any questions/problems - feel free to message me
A great way to practice measuring in the metric system!! Students will have to search for items of specific lengths. Then practice measuring length, time, and mass! You can edit these to fit your classroom needs!

The last part of the google slide presentation includes percent composition practice problems with elements and step-by-step directions how to find percent composition from chemical formulas. It is all editable too, so you can edit it to fi
This is an editable Google Doc practice for Physical and Chemical Changes. There are 18 practice problems where students have to determine whether a physical or chemical change is taking place. For 8 of them, they must give reasons why. This is editable and an answer sheet is included.
Hi guys! This is an editable density lab with practice problems at the bottom. This is for beginner's density practice using water displacement. You will need two dice and three different samples - I change these up each year, but usually something in the classroom! The dice can also be changed, but I use it the dice so the students can see that density is an intrinsic property which we cover after :) Then the last one is finding the density of a liquid, which we usually do together as a class!
