Teaching style

My teaching style is student-centered and focused on engagement, discussion, and clear guidance. I encourage students to think independently, participate actively, and develop confidence in their learning. I use a flexible approach, allowing students to explore different strategies while providing clear and structured support. I emphasize problem-solving, open communication, and creating a safe environment where students feel comfortable sharing ideas and trying new methods. I believe in meaningful practice and reinforcement, encouraging students to complete assignments independently while developing responsibility and strong learning habits.
