This is an editable template that substitute or TTOC teachers can use to leave for teachers when they are subbing in a classroom. Or for principals to edit and use at their school. It gives useful feedback to the teacher about how the day went. On top I have the school rules that are applicable to our school. These can also be deleted if needed.
This is a simple rubric I use to assess conversations that the students when speaking in French. I have them read or write their own conversations. Then I use this to grade them. I also have them self assess their own skills.
I give this to my students a few times a year when they can self-assess their social responsibility skills. I normally use it to promote discussion. I also have them do this before they do report cards and I send it home with them. You can also use a different colour pen and mark them as well if you want. I only mark it, if I disagree with them in some area.
