Simple Concepts

-Seven years of homeschooling experience including elementary and junior high and currently still homeschooling. -Private science instructor for students pre-K to junior high -Previous college science tutor -Previous Instructor for Medical College Admission Test students -Previous instructor for medical students and physicians.

I believe teaching is a hands on process and all learning should be applicable to real life. All five senses should be used if possible and all concepts can be explained in the simplest form. People of all ages can learn any concept if explained to them in their own language. Learning should be individualized and catered to the student and not the student conforming to the teacher. In our house, visual aids, story telling, hands on experiments/projects/experiences, and reading are the primary forms of learning.
