About the store
I focus on a combination of explicit instruction and engaging project work in these files as I work with students with additional needs or twice exceptional that need plenty of scaffolding and engaging practice. This makes it easier to use these files with students who may have gaps in their learning. The files are suitable for home education students - they are largely self-contained or need minimal resources to complete. The activities are zero-prep but projects may require access to the internet or appropriate books to conduct research. Drama may require a small group of students, but lessons are extremely easy to follow. All of the lessons are suitable to leave for relief teachers and contain simple instructions. I am a private tutor for primary and secondary students in Australia, teach classes one day per week, and home educate my two boys. I was unable to find pre-made grammar resources for different level students that follow best practice in current research, and wanting to save time each year, started making my own system. The amount of time I invested in creating these programs has prompted me to upload them. I am also planning on adding a variety of lessons that meet Australian Curriculum outcomes, as I started making these with the introduction of the V9 Curriculum. Please follow along as I upload these files slowly - there will be lots of freebies! However, it may take me awhile as a busy Mum/teacher/tutor. Michelle x
