I’m Elizabeth, a licensed Occupational Therapist based in New York State with 8 years of experience specializing in pediatric therapy. My professional journey has been primarily in educational settings. I have always had a love of creating fun, effective, and functional resources for therapy sessions.
Recently having become a stay at home mom and part-time OT, I understand the importance of balancing simplicity with functionality. I’m passionate about designing resources that streamline therapy sessions, keeping them organized and engaging without overwhelming our young learners. My focus is on developmental milestones and building foundational skills to support long-term progress.

My own education history
I received my Bachelors of Science at the University at Albany where I studied Human Biology with a minor in Psychology. I attended The Sage Graduate School and received my Masters in Occupational Therapy. I have completed a variety of containing education courses in Motor Planning and Praxis, Handwriting Without Tears, Yoga and Mindfulness, Sensory Processing, Managing Visual Impairments, and Reflex Integration and Rhythmic Movements.
Additional biographical information
I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 year-old daughter. We travel a lot for my husband's job, so I am working to create a space for myself to continue to contribute to the field of occupational therapy while being a stay at home mom! I love going to the beach, reading, and traveling!
