A teacher friend was very stressed about how to track all the results of her students. She didn't have time to learn about spreadsheets and formulas, but she was frustrated at how many teachers were doing things manually. Copying and pasting, typing out or even writing down information. As a technology teacher, I helped her simplify the capture of information, without spending too much time learning the tech stuff.
