This is a weekly behavior plan for students who enjoy fashion and getting their nails done! When the student is making smart and safe choices, they earn a nail to decorate. You can have them color or design each nail; I use little stickers for each nail, so when they earn, they get to put a sticker on a fingernail. There is a space next to each day for a "Parent Signature", to sign and return each day.

This is a weekly reading log for k-5 students. There are spaces for adult signatures, minutes read, book rating, book title, and day of the week (including the WEEKEND)!

Magical Things Happen When You Make Good Choices, Make SMART and SAFE choices to earn Mermaids! Student will color in a mermaid, each time they follow your directions, or makes smart and safe choices: When you earn 3 Mermaids, you get 5 minutes of Choice Center Time.When you earn all 6 Mermaids, you get to pick a friend to come with you to your Choice Center!

There are two slides, so you can edit the second slide with your own Bitmojis or Clipart. I used this resource with Seesaw, so students can record with the microphone tool how they are feeling with their voices.
