Data collection should be simple! Use the same WH questions every day, but the answers will change avoiding rote learning. Score the student's responses along with any supports used at the bottom in order to track their progress and make informed decisions regarding their programing.

Students make better progress when they know how their goals are going to benefit them. In order to do this, we need to understand what is important to THEM. Use this resource to help students identify their speech goals, what is important to them, and how their speech goals will help them with the things that they love the most.
