I am creating writing activities that you can use as a "when you are finished" activity, substitute activity, or science practices review activity.

Print them, laminate them, mix them up, and place them in a baggie! The original printed copy is the key. This card sort set reviews all of the 5th grade TEKS 5.7 AB. My students LOVED these activities…. I would have students work in pairs or small groups to analyze each picture to discuss and decide which vocabulary word they believed the picture was depicting. They would also practice writing complete sentences and explaining their reasoning. I have provided 3 different student worksheets for varying levels of ability.
