Early Childhood Specialist & Coach with 18 years in the field. My passion is to support early childhood educators in ways to stay organized and feel comfortable and confident in their practice. I have worked with several different populations and areas of programming and supported our most vulnerable learners. I am a Nationally-Certified CLASS & TPOT Observer, as well as Pyramid Model trainer. I have experience in conducting Prevent-Teach-Reinforce with Young Children and coaching educators to better understand behavior.
