Summarizing Strategy Somebody/Wanted/But/So/Then First Page - Use as a poster/teacher copy. Demonstrate the strategy while reading a story. I like to laminate the poster and use sticky notes to fill in each section as you read a story with the class. Second Page - Student copy. Print and have student complete as they read their individual stories.

A great activity to work with words, and add to any weekly spelling words for extra practice. Comes with a number of different word lists (5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30) as well as a 5 and 10 with dashed lines for the younger writers.

Dolch Sight Words for WordWall Again, I hunted for word wall words that fit my style, and only found ones that had pictures or themes or bright colours and all I wanted was simple. So I made my own, and yes they are basic. Simply, basic. Includes all 220 Dolch Sight Words from Pre-Primer to Grade 3, as well as an additional 44 common words.
