This resource is great for student practice reading nonsense words. All resources have been used in my own classroom and proved to be effective. Students will read each word then decide if it is a real word or a nonsense word, then glue the word in the correct column. This resources contains 3 different sort temples, and 18 word sorts total.

This game is a fun way to practice decoding CVC words using specific vowel sounds. There are 6 games total, one game for each short vowel sound and one game for a digraph review. This game is great for teach lead small group work or for students to play together while the teach works with other students.
