Been in education for 12 years as a teacher, instructional specialist, and now an assistant principal. I taught 3rd-grade math and science for two years, and 5th-grade math and science for eight years. I transitioned out of the classroom and became an instructional specialist for one year. I currently am an assistant principal, where I have been for one year.
