This student summary allows teachers to have a pre-filled form available for each student within the classroom that allows instructional aides, substitutes, administration, new teachers, and summer school staff to have insight on student in critical areas. This summary is a proactive approach that may decreases opportunity for maladaptive behaviors and an increase on task behavior by giving unknown staff quick insight on what works and does not work for students academic needs.
