This is a great way for students to show their behavior to their grownups everyday. It helps reinforce students that almost always have good behavior, and also helps students know if there is anything they can work on. I have my first graders fill in the face they think they earned at the end of each day. They then bring me their chart to check (it sounds like it would take a long time but it's really quick!) and I check any lines they can work on or write a note to their grownups.
Use these flashcards in correlation with the Wonders McGraw Hill 1st grade program. They're all here for the entire year! Send the Unit/Week home at the beginning of each week for the student to cut, spell, and read for the week. Test their knowledge at the end of the week to check for mastery. These are great practice for reading and sight word fluency, too! Also includes the vocabulary words for each week (optional for test) to help challenge and differentiate student levels.
My students LOVE these! Use these spelling practice pages for homework, centers, class time, you name it! They have space for ten words and some pages include "Word Family" practice space. I like to give word family options to practice, or they can even come up with their own word family! A great way to continue practicing spelling and sound patterns.
This book is great to put together at the beginning of the year for students to use throughout the school year. Each writing standard has an information page and steps 1 and 2 writing page. The writing standards included are: opinion, informational, narrative, personal narrative, poetry, and free write. I hope you find this resource useful in your classroom!

Large numbers 1-120 mixed up to assess student understanding. Students read the numbers while you mark the numbers they missed on the individual student sheets. This allows you to see targeted interventions quickly easily see the numbers missed for aides or teacher helpers to practice with students. I hope you find this assessment useful in your classroom!
This is a great way to practice many of the math essential standards multiple times a week. I am amazed by how well my students understand these standards throughout the year by “preloading” them before teaching the unit/chapter for each standard. I have used this as a math center and also a class assignment. You can make these pages into a workbook or just copy as a worksheet. There are two practice pages for the year, one for the first half and one for the second half. An ordering mini pos
These journals are for the entire school year! One journal for each month of the school year. Each journal gets progressively more difficult with an extra line added to each month. Make these into a book and bind on the top for easy access for daily journal writing and for a fun way to look back at the progress they've made throughout the year! Parents also love receiving these journals to save and reminisce with their children.
Use this spelling test sheet in correlation with the other Wonders Spelling products in my store, or if you give 10 spelling words and 5 bonus words each week, it'll also work for you!
These letter writing practice pages are a great resource if you'd like your students to get some extra practice. I use them as a center in my classroom and we have a classroom "mailbox" where students can put letters to be delivered to other classmates. There are 4 designs for each month, and also includes 2 blank pages for each format. I hope you and your students enjoy the extra correspondence and practice in your classroom as much as we do!
Do your students have as many stories as mine do?! It seems like there’s just not enough time in the day for them to say what they’re wanting to say. So, let your students have a chance to be a “News Reporter”! These sheets are for students to share what they’re thinking while practicing their writing skills. There's 9 different news sheets to choose from! We use this as a center in our classroom, but you could use it as a writing activity/assignment, too. They could read them to the teacher,

This Golden Ticket Behavior Plan is worth more than gold for positive behavior reinforcement! *I like to read, Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory while using this behavior plan, but it will still work without reading it. Use the tickets to encourage golden behavior and let students try to find a hidden "Golden Ticket" inside their mini candy bar. Use the reward system and students will respond well by keeping behavior issues to a minimum. I have been using this behavior reward system for ye
I like to print, cut, glue on colored paper, then laminate so they last year after year. It's a great visual for students to continually see while learning about facts vs. opinions. I hope you enjoy these Fact and Opinion mini posters!
Use these tickets to enforce awesome behavior in the classroom. You can use them in a variety of ways. Some ideas are included in the document. I hope you and your students enjoy!
Teach your students this fun little song to identify coins (penny, nickel, dime, quarter)! I hope you and your students find this mini poster useful in your classroom!
