My teaching style is all about balance: I combine structure with creativity so that kids feel guided, but never bored. I believe children learn best when they are curious and engaged, so I use interactive methods — games, storytelling, visual aids, and group activities — to bring lessons to life.
At the same time, I value discipline and clear expectations. I set a classroom tone where respect and responsibility are important, but I keep the atmosphere warm and encouraging so every child feels safe to express themselves and make mistakes.
I adapt my methods to each age group: with younger kids, I make learning playful and hands-on, while with middle school students, I focus on building critical thinking and independence step by step. In both cases, I encourage teamwork, creativity, and confidence, because I want my students to not only learn the material but also enjoy the process of discovery.
