Google slide set to the size of copy paper. You can type in their username and password, or print it and write on it. I have my students color the keys on the keyboard that they will use to log in, then we practice "typing" our username and password. They can also take this home to practice at home.
I use this as an activity when teaching hardware and software. I use cardboard/cardstock and have students fold it in half. Then they cut out slide 1 and glue the screen on the inside, cut out the pieces. Print slides 2 and 3 double sided so they can fold it in half and glue the bottom half down on the inside. Then they will glue the pieces of software onto the "screen" and glue the pieces of hardware underneath the keyboard. They can decorate the "outside" of the Chromebook when they are finish
Students create a social media post that summarizes an article they have read. They will draw a picture about something important and write at least one sentence that summarizes the article. The slide is formatted so it will print out on regular 8.5x11" paper
