My 8th grade students and I put together this presentation that outlines some information about the recent women's march across the US and the world. The PowerPoint is editable in case you want to remove or add anything. I used this PowerPoint to introduce and explain the women's march, which helped lead to an enriching discussion on their reactions to the march. This was a great resource for a potentially controversial topic, that helped to inform our discussion.
