Help plan your activities for each group on your caseload with an easy "big-picture" planning sheet. I write my groups down the left side, and write the dates for the week across the top. I then have a big picture view of what I want to work on for each group for each week in that month. I created this data tracking sheet to help me stay organized for my students with articulation goals. I have folders for each student in the group. I keep a general data collection sheet in each folder, as well as this one. It's easy for me to pull out this sheet and/or shuffle through multiple sheets for a larger group. I hope this helps.
