Teaching style

My speech therapy style is functional and also no-nonsense! I believe in age-appropriate, high-quality, and fresh speech and language therapy materials and activities that are evidence-based for adults with communication disorders so that we can treat clients with dignity. I saw a gap in materials for modern, adult-appropriate materials that were diverse and relevant, so I decided to make my own and share them with you.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Though he knew exactly what he wanted to say, he had so much difficulty getting any words out. He had an incredible spirit and together we wrote and pre-recorded a welcome speech to his daughter and new son-in-law to be played as a surprise at their wedding. Not a dry eye was in sight during that speech!
