Experience

I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in working with pediatric and school-aged neurodivergent children across a wide range of communication profiles. My clinical work focuses on functional communication development, individualized treatment planning, and supporting children in building confidence, independence, and meaningful communication skills through evidence-based intervention. I am also the owner of Articulate Speech Center, where I provide speech and language services and develop individualized programs tailored to each client’s needs. In addition, I supervise graduate-level SLP interns, providing clinical mentorship, training, and guidance to support their professional development.

Teaching style

My clinical approach emphasizes individualized, functional, and evidence-based intervention with a strong focus on play-based therapy. I design sessions that are engaging, motivating, and meaningful to each child while still maintaining structured opportunities for accurate data collection and measurable progress. I prioritize therapy that supports real-life communication skills, confidence, and independence, ensuring that learning generalizes beyond the therapy setting.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my most meaningful professional moments come from watching clients achieve communication milestones, advocate for themselves, and successfully generalize skills into their everyday environments. Supporting families and helping children find their voice continues to be the most rewarding part of my work.

My own education history

I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. My graduate training focused on evidence-based assessment, language development, behavior-informed intervention, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support individuals with diverse communication needs. My combined background allows me to integrate speech-language pathology principles with behavioral science to provide structured, effective, and individualized support for clients.

Additional biographical information

I am passionate about creating resources that are practical, clinically appropriate, and easy to use in real therapy settings. My goal is to support fellow clinicians by providing tools that simplify documentation, enhance organization, and improve workflow efficiency.
