Experience
I have been a teacher for eight years. I am currently working as a Teacher Leader in the areas of Math and Science for grades 3-5. I love finding new ways to make math exciting and relevant to students!
Teaching style
I am a hands-on teacher who focuses all of her math instruction on the CRA method (Concrete-Representation-Abstract). I believe it is important to allow the students to touch and manipulate math before solving problems using the straight algorithm.
