I am a dually licensed ESL + Special Education teacher in Massachusetts. I got sick and tired of creating and recreating files and spreadsheets year after year, so I started building tools I could use to solve problems in my own classroom. I built this tracker because I was tired of manual data entry and formulas that broke every time I added a new week of school. This is a "set it and forget it" Google Sheets system designed specifically for progress monitoring, IEP data, and daily homework tracking.
