With 17 years British Army background, I also have a proven track record of 20 years teaching and developing effective learning programmes to support young people and adults.
Since 2004 I have been delivering a number of highly successful long and short Vocational courses for schools and organisations across the North of England, mainly working with young people close to exclusion and in danger of leaving education without any qualifications or the Key Skills needed for employment.
I have substantial experience of delivering City and Guilds, Highfield, ASDAN, NCFE and OCR qualifications. I also have significant experience in organising corporate training events, leadership residential courses and consultancy training.
