I have had over 29 years of experience as an elementary educator with the Department of Defense (United Kingdom), Kansas, Arizona, and Texas. Over half of my teaching experience has been spent in Curriculum and Instruction as a coach in elementary mathematics. Even though I have now retired from teaching full-time, I continue to work part-time as a tutor for elementary math students during the school year; plus, make time to travel and focus on my "creative" side!
