Multiple Student Information Sheets to choose from! I always like to have my parents feel one of these out on meet the teacher night, or I send it home with each student the first day of school. I keep the information sheet in each individual student's file all year long. I will also hand these out to each new student I get throughout the year. I use this product at the beginning of the school year and when I get a new student. When parents come to meet the teacher I have them fill this out before they leave for the night. If the student doesn't attend meet the teacher night, I send it home the first day of school. Students return the paper to me the next day. It allows me to gain a little background knowledge on each of my students. I keep this paper in each individual students file all year long. I hope you enjoy!
