As teachers we need to be reflective and gathering data to help us adjust our teaching is critical to the reflection process. Parents can help us achieve a bigger picture of what our teaching looks like from the other side. I have successfully used end of the year questionaires to improve communication, interactions, activities, homework, and many other areas involved in teaching. Please feel free to edit to more perfectly fit your individual needs.

Teaching style
Relationships, relationships, relationships. Find that "nugget" that connects with a child and you are in! I love each day...not all aspects of each day but showing up ready to go!!! Plan your work, work your plan. Keep a steady hum in your room. Have fun! Make learning an adventure. I am passionate about standards and rigor in classrooms. I know students are far more capable than we believe. Best practices, balanced learning and rigor are essential components of learning in today's classrooms.
