This is based on a 10 word spelling list, with 5 challenge words. I have students grade their spelling pretests and write the correct spelling on the lines off to the right. Enjoy!

This is a quick activity for students to keep track of the characters in the story "Nothing Ever Happens on 90th Street". They will draw a picture of each character and a space is included to write down the importance of the character in the story. It can be used as a resource for 5th grade Storytown, Lesson 17.

I noticed that each year I was sending home form after form for parents to sign. I decided to do something about this and create one form for parents to fill out at the beginning of the year with all of the information I will need. This information sheet requests parent emails, permission to photograph students, permission to show PG movies, medical history, and much more. Enjoy!
