About the store
I was an elementary teacher for 12+ years, but I resigned 3 years ago to pursue my own literacy consulting business called Soaring Readers. I want to help lower the rate of struggling readers all over the world. I am trained in Orton Gillingham (OGOA), as well as Top Ten Tools. I have taken several courses on the Science of Reading and I continue to dedicate the majority of my spare time to reading, researching, and taking courses. I am very passionate about changing the way that reading is being taught, so that every child learns to read proficiently.
