I am a fourth-year social studies teacher at Palisade High School and I am currently in the process of completing my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University. I am a fourth-year social studies teacher at Palisade High School and I am currently in the process of completing my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Kansas State University. Teaching style
I would describe my teaching style as having a strong emphasis on personalized learning that prioritizes accurate content, engaging activities, and skill-based learning. In addition to this, most of my lessons comply with the IB curriculum.
Awards & shining teacher moments
Though early in my career, I have experienced many shining teacher moments through the professional and relational aspects of my career. I serve on many committees, with MTSS being at the forefront of my professional focus, and have assisted many students in their path towards graduation.

I am originally from Lander, Wyoming and currently reside in Grand Junction, Colorado. Based on my past experiences, I have developed a passion for history and culture, along with assisting students and their development throughout their secondary education. With this TPT store, I hope to ease the burden on other educators in terms of planning (as this is my passion in my career), along with providing other educators with new and innovative ways to engage their students.
