This is a GREAT activity while studying the 4th Amendment and students' 4th Amendment rights at school.
This class activity incorporates the Supreme Court Case of New Jersey v. T.L.O. and its effect on students' 4th Amendment rights while at school.
This handout is two pages long.
The first page gives a brief description of the New Jersey v. T.L.O. court case and encourages students to do further research before answering the guided research questions which follow.
