This is a daily voice diary or log. It is helpful for patients and clients to reflect on changes in vocal quality and to incorporate home practice and vocal hygiene into their weekly schedules. Please be advised that this is, of course, only appropriate for certain types of voice disorders. This does not suit every patient.

There are three different colored sails so the client/student will have a choice. Great for printing or distance learning. PRO TIP: When printing, select 2 or 4 pages per single printed page (under layout I believe) to save paper!

Snake sliders to practice /s-blends/ for the /sp/ combination. For example S-----PIE---SPY. Great visual to use as pre-teaching or instruction for s-blends. 5 total combinations here. Then, there are individual snakes to use for other /s-blends/. I like to follow up with less visual models; start heavy with the models and instruction then fade to more naturalistic representations of words.
