About the store

Experience

I'm a bilingual educator teaching at an international school in Shanghai, with over 10 years of classroom and 1-on-1 tutoring experience. I specialize in helping international students develop confidence in math and communication through clear, structured thinking.

Teaching style

My teaching style is calm, step-by-step, and highly visual. I focus on building conceptual understanding, not just getting the right answer. I believe students learn best when they feel supported and clearly guided through the logic of a problem.

Awards & shining teacher moments

One of my proudest moments was when a student who used to fear math told me, “Now I see math like a puzzle I can figure out.” I’ve seen students transform when they're given tools to think clearly and feel safe asking questions.

My own education history

I’ve received formal teacher training in both English and Math instruction, with a strong focus on bilingual education. I continuously draw inspiration from international curricula and cognitive science to improve how students learn across languages.

Additional biographical information

I believe every child deserves to feel capable and calm when learning. That’s why I create math resources and tutoring experiences that go beyond worksheets — I aim to build thinking habits that last.
