Need a lesson over digraph sh? This is a 5-day print and go lesson plan that aligns with the science of reading research. Includes 4 days of lesson plans that include phonological awareness, explicit instruction, mouth formation instruction, guided practice, decodable texts, independent practice/games, and a progress monitoring tool. Day 5 is for the games and progress monitoring. Great for small groups, interventions, and tutoring.

Need independent fluency and comprehension practice? This includes 4 different passages that celebrate special days in February. Each passage has a 1st and 2nd grade version in order to differentiate along with comprehension practice. Students will read the passage three times coloring the themed shape after each read before answering the comprehension questions.

How many students don't have access to grade level text at home? Send home a passage a week for four weeks themed around special days in April for fluency practice. Passages include vocabulary instruction over new words, emphasis on reading CVCe words, repeated reading directions, and a follow up activity.
