Experience
I am a Transitional Kindergarten Teacher and advocate for Play Based Learning. I create play dough sensory kits and pair them with books and activities.
Teaching style
My classrroom is very student centered and lots of positive energy with a focus on Growth Mindset and SEL in all subject areas. I also love to include partner talks and music through out the day.
My own education history
I went back to community college when I was 25, I then transferred to University of California, San Diego and earned my degree in Human Development with an EDS Minor. After that, I went back to UCSD and earned my Master's of Education and Teaching Credential in Elementary Education.
