Print and cut these out for a fun welcome back for students from winter break and to celebrate New Years! The ring pop clip art is wearing two different hats. Each page has 6 total cards.

The story of the Gingerbread Man is accompanied by a story elements graphic organizer that the students can fill out to determine the theme of the story (this is a good activity for secondary kids--but you can leave out for primary). Then the students will get to disguise their Gingerbread Man to keep him from getting eaten!

With this activity, students will have $20 to "spend" at the store. They will have to buy some needs first-a food item, a drink item, and two clothing items, before spending on some wants. Place Value Game that can be used with virtual or actual dice! Roll the dice, Draw the number using place value manipulatives, and then write it (this can include in numbers and words!) Though the example shows 2 dice, you can have the students roll 3 dice to make it a 3-digit number instead!

Help your students learn to identify the coins (front, back, name, and worth) through a coloring and cut a paste activity. Formative assessment included!

Students will need dice for this activity. They will roll the dice twice or roll two dice. They will add them together and pick the corresponding facial feature or accessory to draw on their pumpkin.

Buy a bag of Skittles and have students practice their number bonds and number sentences!

Students will solve addition problems within 20 to fill in the blanks that answers a superhero joke!

Cut these out and have students solve them at their desks or hide them around the classroom for a number bond seek and find activity.
