As an SLP, I have found that a common goal for my elementary school kiddos is “WH” questions. There are a number of good materials out on the market, but I had a hard time finding quick and easy homework to send with the kids. This small pack contains worksheets which were produced with Boardmaker picture symbols. With simple directions and pictures that are easy to understand, these worksheets are perfect for the therapy room or home. I hope you all find them as quick and easy as I have! Please

This letter is a good resource to supply your speech parents with an introduction for the year. It allows them to know who will be working with their child, how often services will be provided and what they can do at home. Parents are a very important part of a communication team and sometimes are unaware of what they can do to help. By keeping them included in our plan, we can have a greater impact on the wonderful kiddos that we treat. Please leave comments and ratings!

With such busy schedules and multiple children, it is easy for parents to forget about an IEP meeting. This happens to me all of the time. To make it a little easier for parents, I made these reminders to send home the week of their child's IEP. It has made a big difference with my meeting appearances. I left space under the signature line to write your name/title or school phone number. Thank you for showing interest in my products. Have a speachy keen day!

These forms are used to keep data and progress for your speech kiddos, while following medicaid guidelines. Medicaid requires us to include more information than in recent years to support our children in the schools. The top of the first form has all needed information, a section for goals, and then a chart to fill in each time you see a student. Information needed per session is: date, time in-out, type of contact, goals addressed, response to treatment and plans for next session, as well as t

As an SLP, I use Boardmaker to create just about anything. The pictures I use the most are my categories. The categories included in this combo are transportation and clothing. There are 20 pictures (Boardmaker symbols) in each category, so 40 symbols total in this packet. I laminate the pages and cut the pictures out then use the pictures for different category activities. Some examples would be: *Mix all of the pictures up and have the kiddos separate them by category while naming each pictur
