I have taught in Russia, Taiwan, and Metro Atlanta. Currently, I am a middle school teacher at a hybrid homeschool academy.
I started out as a 7th grade science teacher in a Title 1 school in Metro Atlanta. Since then, I have been an English teacher in a camp in Russia, and a Science teacher at a bilingual school in Taiwan. I have since returned to metro Atlanta and am currently teaching middle school at a hybrid homeschool academy.

Additional biographical information
I have found that there are very limited resources for teaching academic language in science, and that many of the resources are too advanced for some of my students. I love creating simple, easy to use resources that teach the content standards while developing academic language. I create resources that can be easily modified to accommodate ALL of my students - higher level, lower level, ELLs, and SWD. My goal is to create resources that clearly showcase & teach the content standards and key information.
