About the store
With over 25 years of experience working with a local school board, I bring extensive knowledge and hands-on experience supporting diverse learners in educational settings. As an ASD Program Specialist, I create resources based on the unique needs, strengths, and interests of the students I support each day. My activities are designed to promote engagement, independence, communication, life skills, social-emotional development, fine motor skills, and academic learning through meaningful, hands-on experiences. Drawing from real classroom and program experience, I develop practical, adaptable resources that are both student-centered and easy for educators to implement. I am passionate about creating fun, motivating learning opportunities that meet students where they are and help build confidence and success in the classroom. Many of my resources are inspired directly by the strategies, supports, and activities that have been effective with the students and programs I service throughout my career.
