Teaching style

Include everyone while diversely teaching with multisensory methods; Some students need specialized brain-balanced instruction; Find each student's strengths and teach through his/her strengths. This is a balance of visual, auditory, and kinesthetic methods.

Master's Degree in Learning Disabilities from Shippensburg University, Bachelor's Degree in Special Education-All Levels from Bloomsburg University

Additional biographical information

Chose to stay in the classroom with students to teach/develop interventions that work! After retirement from public speaking and from public school special education/learning disabilities teaching, enjoyed working with student teachers on adjusting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students.
