Teaching style

My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-centered. I believe behavior is a form of communication and that students learn best when instruction is predictable, engaging, and differentiated. I use visual supports, hands-on learning, clear routines, and positive reinforcement to build confidence and independence. I focus on meeting students where they are academically and socially while maintaining high expectations and creating inclusive, trauma-informed learning environments.
