This is the perfect informal assessment or evaluation to use for classroom observations. It allows the SLP to evaluate how the student is able to function in the classroom and give appropriate recommendations for accommodations, such as behavior supports, visual aids, AAC, prompts or cues, etc. I usually use this for my first session with a new student or when a student is placed in a new classroom.
