Send this out to parents to keep them informed on their child's goals and what they are working on in therapy at school. Parents also like to know what days and when their child is having therapy.
I use this data sheet to help me keep track of goals over the entire year school year. I create a sheet for each student at the beginning of the year, and then do quick progress monitoring checks at least 1x a month. This is easy for me to see which goal still need data for each quarter. It is also nice seeing the progress from August to May.
You can use this sheet to write down all the dates of your IEPs and hang it up by your desk so you always know when you have to start planning for one!
